Here are elements to address when commenting on lesson plans.

Strengths: 

• Lesson or unit effectively supports students' efforts to become better, more strategic critical thinkers. How does it do this? 
• Identify ways in which this lesson plan or unit supports the achievement of integrating media literacy and the use of various media, especially DN!. Be specific. Explain why any elements of the lesson plan you identify are positive aspects of the plan or not. 

Weaknesses:  

• Identify ways in which this lesson plan/unit fails to support the achievement of the goals outlined for the final. Be specific. Explain why any elements of the lesson plan you identify are problematic aspects of the plan. For each problem you identify in the lesson plan, offer a concrete suggestion for improving it. 

• What could have been better thought through?
